Monday Menu

We had a few nights of leftovers last week, so we have a few repeats from last week!  One day I'll realize I don't need to plan something for all 7 nights, since realistically I don't cook all 7 days!

Monday: BLT's

Tuesday: Pork chops

Wednesday: Burgers-n-fries

Thursday: Quick bite out between practices
Friday: Chicken enchiladas

Saturday: Pop's Pizza

Sunday: Hoppy Easter!

  1. So true - I'm not sure why I plan so many meals because A) we either don't get to them or, B) I make them all and throw out a ton of leftovers. I think 4-5 meals is good for us...expecially when some of them are "big" meals. But I have to ask, how much bacon do you need for BLT's for your family of four? Paul and I can eat almost a whole package of bacon ourselves!!

  2. We definitely go through a whole package of bacon and if I had more - I'd probably use more! The more bacon the better!
